Training with compression wear?

 

I never train without compressions clothes from Skins
Why?

The garments  increase blood circulation and thus oxygen delivery for improved sport performance. I always had problems with water rentention during my workouts this refers to tissue swelling that occurs when fluids are retained around body cells. This can be the result of my poor circulation. When swelling occurs, my compression thight can help encourage blood flow and dissipate the retained fluid.Tights also reduce vibration and keep all your muscles focused on the task, be more efficient and last longer. The tights can help the blood flow in your legs by squeezing your veins so that blood returns to your heart faster. Better circulation brings more oxygen to your muscles and clears away the stuff that makes your muscles sore and weaker, such as lactic acid and fluid buildup. For this reason I decided to buy a compressions thight. The first time I tryed to put them on it was really challanging due to the fact that they are really small and it tooks me such a long time to put them on😂

But they made me feel naked until I tried them. And this is a feeling I could get used to. They are so comfy 😍                                                                                                                    
Firstly, I decided to go for a run and see how they work :                                                    
They seemed to give my legs the support they needed and they increased my water rentention they also look classic and good quality, which is also very important.       
That’s why I would recommend these tights for everyone because you will feel 100 times more support during your training ☺️
